All clients should now be using SSL connections when sending and receiving emails.

If you are still using non encrypted connections, please contact us on 01243 913 913 or support@toolkit.uk and we will be able to help you change to SSL encryption.

We would like to inform our customers that over the next few months our email provider Rackspace will be gradually disabling non-SSL (non secure) IMAP/POP & SMTP protocols from connecting.

Customers who use non SSL connections will be notified when this happens with a pop up error message when trying to send or receive emails.

We recommend our clients switch to the SSL outgoing server port of 587 and incoming server port of 993, ensuring that SSL is being used.

This can be done easily within your phone, tablet or mail clients settings.
