Sending Emails - SPF & DKIM from 2023-02-01 15:49 BST to 2023-03-15 10:54 BST

We’ve added SPF & DKIM to every domain we manage.

If your domain has yet to have SPF & DKIM records added to it for our email service, please get in touch with our team on support@toolkit.uk or 01243 913 913.

Our Email Engineers have informed us that major mail providers, such as Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo have recently updated their security criteria for receiving emails.

Email services from now on should utilise both SPF and DKIM records in their domain settings to ensure emails can be received when sending to the major mail providers.

We recently updated all of our clients domain settings to include both SPF and DKIM, but only on the domains that we manage.

If any clients use our email service but have their domain with a 3rd party provider, handling the DNS and annual renewals, please contact us so we can add in the required DKIM & SPF records on your behalf.
