We’ve been told by Rackspace that webmail should be working fine now.

We have had reports of some problems when using Toolkit Webmail at https://www.toolkitwebmail.co.uk
It seems that these problems can be solved by refreshing the page or waiting a minute and trying again. This is not ideal, and we are in touch with Rackspace trying to find out why their maintenance has degraded the performance of webmail.
Using mail on Thunderbird or on your phone seems to be working fine. If you would like to setup your email here’s our guide: https://www.toolkitsupport.uk/setup-your-emails
We apologise for the disruption to customers using webmail and will be in touch when we know more.
Our email service provider Rackspace, who power our Webmail and IMAP email services, will be conducting some routine network maintenance next week.
This will be completed over two maintenance periods.
The first maintenance window is scheduled from 3am to 11am on May 29th.
The second maintenance window is planned the following day, May 30th, at 3am and is expected to run until 11am that day.
We’ve been told they hope no services will be disrupted, however Webmail and IMAP email services may experience intermittent service interruptions.
