Toolkit Webmail is now working normally:

As previously confirmed, no emails were lost or bounced during this time, it was purely access to Toolkit Webmail which was impacted.
We’re incredibly sorry for this down time and any inconvenience it may have caused.
Please note, we’re migrating our entire client base away from Rackspace IMAP & their Webmail, over to a state of the art IMAP & Webmail service through Open-Xchange.

We’ll be in touch with all our clients in the coming weeks to confirm the details of the migration and how the process will work.
This will resolve the temporary & intermittent issues we’ve seen recently with Rackspace Webmail & IMAP services.
Toolkit Webmail is currently unavailable.
Our Email Engineers at Rackspace are working on a fix and aiming to have normal services resumed as soon as possible.
Email sending and receiving is still working normally, so no emails will be lost during this Webmail down time.
To send & receive emails, please use IMAP connections via Mail Clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail or Windows Live Mail.
Mobile phone & tablet connections will also work normally.
It is only Webmail access that is impacted.
We will update this status page as and when we know more.
