Toolkit Webmail is back online & working normally.
No emails were lost or missed during this Webmail down time.
We apologise for the issues suffered and any inconvenience caused.
Toolkit Webmail is currently unavailable.
Rackspace are continuing to have problems since last weeks Global IT Outage with Crowdstrike & Microsoft.
We are in touch with their engineers & will update this status page once we know more or normal services have been resumed.
For those yet to read our email from earlier today, we announced that we are moving our email services from Rackspace to new new, state of the art IMAP email provider, Open-Xchange.

For now, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience this down time causes however we can confirm emails are still working normally on all other IMAP connections (phones, tablets, mail clients etc.).
