Third Party Email Connections

We’re happy to report that as of 8pm last night the service issues when using emails on 3rd party connections like Outlook, iOS and Thunderbird were resolved.
All emails sent and received during this time will have been queued and sent/received after a period of time.
We’re really sorry for the inconveniece this caused.
If you continue to have any issues, please call our support team from 9am on 01243 913 913.
Our Open X-Change email engineers are working on a fix and will continue to do so until normal service is resumed.

We are aware of an issue affecting sending/receiving in Third party mail services such as Outlook, Thunderbird and Mobile apps. Open X-Change, the email platform powering our email service, are aware of this and investigating the issue.
