Sending To Microsoft Emails

OX have confirmed the sending issues to Microsoft accounts has now been resolved.

Please get in touch if you continue to receive bouncebacks when sending to Hotmail, Live or Outlook accounts.

OX are aware of an issue with sending emails from both IMAP configurations (App & Mail Client sending) and Webmail to Microsoft emails such as @live, @hotmail and @outlook.

Clients are receiving a bounce back confirming a sending IP is on the Microsoft block list.

OX are working with Microsoft to remove this legitimate IP address from their block list.

Sending issues are intermittent and can at times be resolved by trying to send from different WiFi/Devices.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this causes those trying to email Microsoft emails, we will update this status once we have been informed by OX that normal service and sending has been resumed.
