Accessing Emails

Normal email service has been resumed.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused, the issues stemmed from routine platform maintenance by Open X-Change engineers.

Our tests this morning show all services back to normal, however if you continue to have any further issues with Webmail or any IMAP connections, please contact our support team from 9am this morning on 01243 913 913 or support@toolkit.uk.

We’re aware of intermittent issues accessing emails through IMAP and webmail.

Our team have spoken to the upstream provider and hope to have an update soon.
